dc.description.abstract In the current conditions and increased mobility of the world, the problem is language teaching and learning to the Board Europe, and other international organizations interested in communicating effectively and overcome linguistic barriers through language. However, economic interdependence, scientific, social and cultural generated increased interest in the phenomenon of bilingualism both internationally and nationally.
