In the current conditions and increased mobility of the world, the problem is language teaching and learning to the Board Europe, and other international organizations interested in communicating effectively and overcome linguistic barriers through language. However, economic interdependence, scientific, social and cultural generated increased interest in the phenomenon of bilingualism both internationally and nationally. Bilingualism was interpreted over time and treated from various perspectives and in different ways, resulting in even controversy. |
