dc.description.abstract Our social life's quality depends on the human factor, which is formed within the educational system. These values of attitude towards professoral responsibilities of work, show levels of competence and professional mastery expressed by willingness to work, spirituality and the capability to love and gift to your kids. Any iressponsible attitude shown towards the professoral specialists, work, shows as a lack of morality, a discriminatory attitude towards newer generations, and their right to live a decent life. Most ethnic studies on discriminated groups were based on racial, religious, gender, immigrants, forgetting the discrimination of kids who are facing a social risk, or those who require special education. There is very few information on the discriminatory impact of professoral workers on kids and their social and intellectual performance. Quite often, political reforms on education simply follow some political interests, which in reality, forget about the newer generation, and their future in society en_US
