Abstract:
Child welfare is a multi-dimensional concept concerning both objective and subjective aspects of their life, including, but not limited, to social functioning, physical, emotional, spiritual, adaptive status of the child and, when indicated, of the family. Child wellbeing is sensible to changes that occur in child’s development process and influenced by environmental and socio-cultural conditions, so that measuring indicators must take into consideration particularly the positive dimension of these issues, meaning the extent the child reaches its full potential
