Abstract:
The introduction of new educational standards implies a mandatory construction of a more qualitative learning process for students. Knowledge of individual psychological peculiarities and learning potential of students always helps the teacher to organize the work in a more effective way, to achieve high motivation and, consequently, to reach a feasible result. However, the strategy of education modernization in Moldova
assumes, at the core of contemporary education and its updated contents, the state of competences' formation, which means that the teachers' task has become much more complicated.
