Abstract:
With social change, political and cultural that occurred in recent years is an increase in the need for training communicative competence in Romanian, both at native speakers and for people who are Romanian is a second language for communication, be a foreign language. This quantitative change is dictated by the opening of our country obtained for European countries has heightened interest in the Romanian language from foreigners, but the need for accurate and fluent communication, from the natives.
