dc.description.abstract	There are always changes that happen in our life because of the evolution processes, reforms and transformations. As a result, these novelties have consequences on both the environment and the population. The transformations also have an influence on the schooling. Nowardays, the introduction of the competitive approach in the theoretical as well as in the practical component of the educational system is not up-to-date any more. The current requirements lead to the teachers' new tasks on the one hand and the whole educational system on the other hand.	en_US
