Abstract:
This article examines the relationship between academic freedom and academic institutional capacities, innovation, and creativity. Based on the philosophical and legal premises of the concept of academic freedom, we analyze contemporary challenges and the need to strengthen this freedom in the modern educational environment. This study suggests a conceptual model for the development of the culture of academic freedom as a driver of educational change and progress.
