Abstract:
The student’s personal library represents an essential space for his/her academic and cultural development, being an extension of the university learning process. Its structure includes both specialized books or magazines, as well as general literature and digital resources, efficiently organized to facilitate quick access to information. The functionality of the personal library is manifested through its role of constant support in writing academic papers, in deepening knowledge and in developing critical thinking. At the same time, the personal library contributes to creating an environment favorable to reflection and inspiration. Its impact on the student’s training is significant, helping to develop documentation skills, strengthen academic identity and increase educational performance. By combining printed and digital resources and by constantly updating the collection, the personal library becomes an indispensable tool for success in higher education.
