Abstract

This article explores the impact of digital technologies on the Scientific Library of the State Pedagogical University “Ion Creangă” (BȘ UPSC) and its adaptation to the changes in the digital environment. Two essential aspects are emphasized: the role of libraries in managing and implementing new technologies and the experience of users accessing information through new digital platforms. Librarians must continue to adapt to new digital tools, develop advanced IT skills and become digital guides for users, facilitating access to scientific resources in an online environment. User experience is also influenced by the ease of navigation of digital platforms, the speed of access to resources and the personalization of the services offered. Adapting libraries and developing the user experience are fundamental for the success of the BȘ UPSC in the digital age, thus contributing to the development of research activities and increasing access to updated scientific knowledge.
