Dezvoltarea competenței de comunicare a educabililor

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of developing communication competence of learners, the authors highlight various meanings of the concept of communication competence, specify the structural components of that competence, present relevant recommendations in order to ensure the progress of communication competence of learners and the efficiency of interpersonal communication. We highlight the idea that communication competence aims at the motivated ad-hoc mobilization by the subject of the set of acquisitions (knowledge, capabilities, attitudes) in order to ensure synergy, correctness, coherence and efficiency of encoding and decoding of messages, providing relevant feedback, adapted to various contexts of psycho-social interrelation, which ensures the efficiency of interpersonal interactions carried out by the personality.
