dc.description.abstract The article raises the issue of psycho-pedagogical assistance for person with multiple and severe disabilities.The author emphasises the importance of certain factors in the emergence and development of severe and multiple disorders. The sample consisted of junior pupils of the 3rd grade with severe and multiple disabilities of the auxiliary school nr.7 from Chișinău. A study of elementary school children with severe multiple disabilities was designed and conducted: social, cognitive, emotinal and volitional development. It was revealed that social, cognitive, emotional and volitiional developmend was not formed. Special educational conditions were created: individual and diffrentiaated approach, structuring of spaceand time, use of alternative additional communication, use of special adapted blackboard, work by levels, use of corrective measures, work in an interdisciplinary commitee, and cooperation with the family. The program was designed to promote social, cognitive, emotional and volitional development, and work with the family. The effectiveness of the programme has been confirmed. The hipotheses of the study were confirmed. The conclusions were formulated. en_US
