Integrarea sistemelor informaționale în procesele organizaționale

Abstract

Integrating information systems into organizational processes has become an essential element for streamlining administrative and educational activities in higher education institutions. At present, a lot of information systems are being developed and implemented to digitize educational and research processes in Moldovan universities. The present study analyzes the benefits, challenges of using information systems within the university by examining their impact, current trends and future prospects for the integration of existing systems into a university management information system. Through a qualitative research based on the use of existing information systems by academic and administrative staff, we assessed how they support the processes of managing the teaching process, recording and evaluating academic performance and optimizing administrative processes. The results indicate a significant streamlining of organizational activities.
