dc.description.abstract The professional training of future nurses should aim not only at developing technical skills, but also at cultivating an ethical and equitable attitude towards patients and colleagues. A non-discriminatory approach to human resources in this field contributes to a harmonious working environment and to improving the quality of medical care. The purpose of the research is to analyze the role of motivation in promoting a non-discriminatory approach to human resources in the professional training of nurses and its impact on the quality of medical care. Research hypothesis: it is assumed that the development of a strong motivation for equity and inclusion in the training of nurses improves interpersonal relationships, the quality of care and creates a more inclusive working environment. The study is based on the application of a questionnaire with multiple response options. Research objectives: Assessing the level of motivation of nurses for a non-discriminatory approach. Identifying factors that influence the attitude towards diversity and inclusion in the medical field. Analyzing the impact of professional training on the development of an inclusive mentality. Comparing current practices with international models regarding diversity and inclusion in the medical field. Conclusion: By promoting a non-discriminatory approach, the quality of medical services and professional relations can be improved, creating a more harmonious and efficient working environment. en_US
