Mentoratul în educația din Republica Moldova: realități, provocări și direcții de dezvoltare

Abstract

This article analyzes the regulatory framework and scholarly literature concerning mentoring within the educational system of the Republic of Moldova. The research highlights the evolution of mentoring as a strategic tool for the professional development of teaching staff, identifies existing challenges in the implementation of mentoring programs, and proposes development directions to enhance the effectiveness of this process. The findings reveal that, although a regulatory framework governing mentoring activities is in place, numerous challenges persist—such as insufficient mentor training, limited financial resources, and the absence of an organizational culture that supports mentoring processes. The article offers concrete recommendations for optimizing educational mentoring within the specific context of the Republic of Moldova.
