dc.description.abstract |
A holistic evaluation of the educational process requires a series of strategies that ensure quality educational management. Both should converge towards the manifestation of values such as respect, tolerance, responsibility, and gratitude. The classroom dynamics tend to reflect the personality of the manager (teacher / class supervisor). How can a teacher adapt when teaching 18 different classes? How can they cope with 18 different dynamics? Distributed leadership among students could be a solution, especially since some students exhibit leadership qualities early on. Other strategies, such as the method of observes and the heptalog of good behavior, could assist educators. The element that complete the triad of strategies presented in this article is the utilization of ICT in the educational process, particularly to enhance interactivity. Creating and presenting attractive slides (with suggestive images, games created on various platforms like Kahoot, Learning Apps, Wordwall etc, and links to educational video) will undoubtedly stimulate active participation from all students in the class. All these „seeds”, nurtured by a sapiential leadership, will bear, over time, the values that will adorn the delicate souls of children. |
