Abstract:
The article addresses the development of character within the Master's Program in Educational Management from the perspective of making the management of the educational unit more efficient. In this context, the notion of character, the fundamental structural elements of character (attitudes and traits), the potential of the respective Program for its development are developed. In this perspective, the content units and learning activities of the Master's Program related to the development of the character of the education manager are specified, the weight of the contents of the Program modules in the development of attitudes and character traits is presented, the results of the study conducted on the efficiency of training graduates of the Master's Program as successful managers with character are presented, specifying their relevance through a complex analysis made through the prism of explanatory-interpretative models of character.
