Abstract:
This study explores the impact of modern physical education on primary school students with ADHD. The disorder affects focus, impulse control, and academic success. Using statistical data, surveys, and case studies, the research shows that structured physical education programs significantly reduce ADHD symptoms. Interactive sports activities enhance attention, behavior, and social integration, positively influencing academic performance. Therefore, physical education is a crucial tool for supporting children with ADHD, promoting both physical health and emotional balance.
