dc.description.abstract The new trends in pedagogy advance a type of explanatory scientific knowledge, supported by critical, rational, objective research. The products of knowledge are in a cohesive connection with the whole process of active and interactive learning, practicing the strategies used by students to understand the way they learn, as well as promoting self learning. A thorough preparation, adequate to the requirements of the 21st century, requires teachers to estimate teaching methods and approach active strategies for student participation during learning processes. A change in the paradigm in the current period requires the promotion of an innovative learning framework promoting independent study, study that can be achieved through online resources. The modern teaching approach is largely experience-based and also student-centered, while the traditional approach was subject-centered or teacher-centered. The quality of education is accelerated by various types of teaching strategies. Teaching is the gateway to knowledge. Nowadays, technology has led to the development of new teaching methods, which have been created to facilitate learning. The new approaches to teaching methodology are: cooperative learning, project-based learning, gamification, flipped classroom, tactile learning, emerging teaching methods, which can help teachers choose appropriate teaching methods for learning. en_US
