Abstract:
The use of functional music as a psycho-pedagogical factor requires the pupils to possess an artistic sensibility, as well as special training of the physical education teacher. The teacher must be competent in the choice of exercises, selection of music, choice of musical tempo, choice of sports equipment (gymnastic rope, hoop, dumbbells, objects of various weights, sticks, etc.) for the execution of the planned exercises. In this context, we will exemplify in this paper the grouping of physical exercises intended for the realization of certain goals, as well as the selection of musical tracks in accordance with the respective requirements for the execution of exercises. For a complex of exercises performed at home, which is accompanied by listening to functional music, it is necessary to choose a musical composition that by scale, tempo and character coincides with the movements performed with or without objects. Both a musical instrument and a cassette player can serve as a means of reproducing music. In this article we present a complex of exercises that can be programmed for the pupil's home practice using functional music.
