Abstract:
The article entitled “Managerial benchmarks for efficient organization of the educational environment in kindergarten” proposes the presentation of ways to organize the environment in the group room to ensure optimal conditions for the development of preschool children. A positive and caring educational environment is vital for the training and learning of children at any age. Especially for kindergarten children, who are adjusting to an educational institution, after leaving the comfort offered by the parental home, the educational environment plays a primary role in the child's academic and social development. Planning the environment in the group room, carried out by the teacher who calls on the quality of manager of a group of children, is the most interesting part of the profession of being a teacher. What the educator positions in the group room is important, but more important is the way in which he manages and uses all the material resources, thus giving distinction to the room in which he carries out his educational activity in an atmosphere of peace, calm, beauty, cooperation and understanding. It is essential that the educator establishes the environment that allows multiple and flexible groupings, giving children the opportunity to play, to explore, working within the parameters of individual development needs.
