Abstract:
The article highlights the importance of vocabulary in the development of personality and language, especially during the preschool years. The word is a fundamental element of communication, and enriching vocabulary plays a crucial role in the intellectual and social development of the child. Proverbs, as a form of folk creation, play an essential role in this process. They are not merely stylistic expressions, but true units of thought, carrying experience, morality, and wisdom. Through their poetic, figurative, and memorable nature, they contribute to the development of thinking, expressive language, and the formation of moral traits.
