Abstract:
The article "Strategies for motivating teachers in the innovation process" explores the importance of motivating teachers to support innovation in education. Innovation in education is essential for adapting to the new demands of society, and teachers play a central role in implementing changes. In order to involve them in this process, the article proposes several motivation strategies: continuous professional training; recognition of performance; professional autonomy; financial incentives; improved working conditions; ensuring a pleasant working environment and access to adequate technological resources facilitates the innovation process, etc. The article concludes that the application of these strategies leads to quality education, adapted to the needs of contemporary society, through the active involvement of teachers in the innovation process.
