Abstract:
The article analyzes the importance of teacher training and their ability to adapt to the demands of modern, quality education. The authors emphasize that quality education cannot be achieved without well-trained teachers capable of meeting the challenges of a constantly changing world. Initial teacher training, as well as continuing professional development, are essential to ensure that teachers are prepared to meet the diversity of children's educational needs. Likewise, the adaptability of teaching staff is a key factor in the implementation of new teaching methodologies, the use of educational technologies and in supporting a child-centered education. The article also emphasizes that in order to meet the requirements of quality education, teachers must develop a series of specific skills: pedagogical skills, the ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents, but also to self evaluate and continuously improve. In this sense, continuous training programs play an important role in the development of these skills. Educational success depends to a large extent on the training and adaptability of teachers, and to ensure a quality education, an educational system that supports their continuous development is necessary.
