Abstract:
The internal resource of a young person helps him to cope with life's difficulties, determines his behavioral flexibility, emotional behavior, psychological mobility. It is manifested in the speed of adaptation to new life circumstances, assimilation of new rules, mastering of skills, emotional flexibility of behavior and psychological mobility, ability to establish new contacts. Many of the psychodynamic properties become more visible and distinct and manifest themselves in personal characteristics such as stress resilience and frustration tolerance. Maladaptive ways of coping with stressful situations and frustrating circumstances lead to chronic tension, emotional fatigue, reduced motivation and attitude, and as a result, problems with personal development. At this age stage such psychological formation emerges as "emotional competence" - the ability of the personality to achieve optimal coordination between emotions and purposeful behavior.
