Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of developing informational-psychological stability in students. Psychological stability is a personal construct that expresses the ability to withstand emotional tension and react constructively in stressful situations. It ensures a sufficient level of personal well-being necessary for harmonious and integral development. Psychological resilience is one of the factors that ensure not only the success of work, social relations and effective behavior, but also the psychological and physical well-being of the person. High resilience would facilitate overcoming critical situations, keeping the inner world in harmony with existence. The development of informational-psychological stability presupposes a sufficient level of socio-cultural identity formation, secure informational behavior, updating knowledge about oneself as a person, about one's own psychological abilities and self-regulatory mechanisms. The developed training program is optimal for the formation of informational-psychological stability and can be implemented in the system of the educational process of the university to reduce negative informational risks and ensure adaptive behavior of students. The formation of psychological constructs and informationalpsychological stability of students will contribute to the development of their motivation, self-identification and tolerance, prosocial behavior, critical thinking, which will minimize the negative impact of the information environment.
