Abstract:
Contemporary society demonstrates an increasing need for active citizens who are willing to engage in addressing both public and private issues. Therefore the development of analytical and critical thinking skills is essential for shaping a generation capable of understanding, evaluating, and responding to the complex challenges of today’s world. Analyzing and thinking critically means having valuable and useful knowledge, basing beliefs on it, and forming independent opinions that are open to evaluation. Critical thinking involves subjecting ideas to constructive skepticism, supporting them with solid arguments, and demonstrating flexibility, tolerance, and respect for others’ opinions-accepting or rejecting them only based on arguments. This attitude facilitates active involvement in problem-solving, e´cient collaboration, and the formation of an effective and adaptable mindset.
