dc.description.abstract |
The phenomenon of mobbing has become a current international problem, with a strong impact and serious implications on teachers' psychological and social health and well-being in higher education institutions. The given study is an analysis of the phenomenon of mobbing in higher education institutions - a complex, group phenomenon, which arises depending on the history of the collective, culture, norms and social patterns, with strong influences on the personality of teachers, directly or indirectly. Mobbing in higher education institutions cannot be ignored or tolerated by the social actors involved in the educational process, due to the extent of the spread of this phenomenon and the serious psychosocial consequences it has. It describes the implications of mobbing behaviors manifested among teachers, administrators of the institution, of different ranks, starting from the ideas discussed in the specialized literature on the causes, typology and forms of manifestation. It also includes anti-bullying, prevention and countermeasures, as well as the results of qualitative research carried out by foreign authors. |
