Abstract:
The integrated approaches involved didactic methods and strategies that linked different learning areas in order to create coherent and relevant educational experiences for the students, facilitating the ability of the problem-solving skills, critical thinking, motivation, creativity, imagination, initiative. Considered as an educational method the integrated learning demonstrated that it can encourage connections between disciplines of study, promotes a holistic understanding of knowledge, develops critical and creative skills, motivates students to achieve academic performanc. The integrated learning brings engagement and professional involvement for the teaching staff. Through the interdisciplinary approach, the improvement of the learning can be noticed on the one hand, many traditional educational programs tend to be spread and divided, and on the other hand the importance of teacher training in order to adopt teaching methods that encourage the integration of knowledge. The interdisciplinary curriculum contributes at the developing of a relevant education according to contemporary needs.
