Abstract:
The system of professional training of teaching staff is currently in the process of continuous modernization and asserts itself as relevant through the active promotion of pedagogical research. Every teaching staff must be aware of the fact that pedagogical research contributes essentially to the permanent optimization of the professionalization system of teaching staff and the educational process, to the efficiency of the professional training paradigm, to the foundation of professional identity, supporting and optimizing educational practices. Pedagogical research is a strategic approach to estimate the impact of changes and innovations in the educational process, but also to make educational activities more effective and valuable.
