Abstract:
Remedial education is a specific form of instruction designed to close the gap between a student’s current level of understanding and expected learning outcomes. It provides individualized support to students who are experiencing difficulties in particular skills or subjects, helping them to catch up with their peers and build a solid foundation for future learning.
This paper explores the nature, needs, challenges and recommendations of remedial education for the sustainability of quality effectiveness and success in teaching and learning. It presents the objective and content of this paper in detail to show the real potential and benefits of implementing digitized remedial education.
Despite all the efforts, there are still low quality results, low level of performance and lack of progress in the Romanian education system, according to the latest PISA results. However, little research and practice is done on corrective or remedial methods to effectively combat our educational problems; however, it is a well-established fact that providing solutions is the most important part of addressing a problem.
This paper therefore 114rocess the nature, roles and other relevant aspects of remedial education program for solving major curriculum and educational problems in our schools with special reference to secondary education.
