dc.description.abstract This article explores the contemporary approaches to the axiological dimensions of education through the lens of action research in pedagogy. As the role of values in education becomes increasingly important in a globalized and diverse society, the integration of educational values into teaching practices is essential for fostering inclusive and equitable learning environments. Action research in education, with its participatory and reflective nature, serves as an effective tool for incorporating values into educational processes, allowing for continuous evaluation and adjustment of teaching practices. The paper discusses the theoretical foundations of educational axiologies, highlighting how values shape both the professional development and personal growth of students. Furthermore, it examines how action research contributes to embedding these values within the curriculum and teaching methods, fostering the development of critical socio-emotional competencies in young learners. The article also addresses challenges and ethical considerations in applying action research to values-based education, emphasizing the need for contextual understanding and culturally sensitive approaches. Finally, recommendations are provided for educators and researchers on how to integrate values more effectively into education, along with suggestions for future research to further explore the long-term impact of values-based interventions in educational settings. en_US
