Abstract:
The state policy in educational field and the whole educational system from Moldova aims to training teachers to correspond the current requirements oriented to ,,change, dynamism, towards a modern education". To achieve these goals it requires an appropriate professional training, continuous training, a radical change in approach to teaching.
