Pentru a educa generații competitive în era digital, este necesar de a adopta strategii de eficientizare a învățământului digital. Procesul de a planifica o activitate de învățare asistată de instrumentele TIC, se datorează competențelor profesionale ale cadrelor didactice. Inițierea unui demers educațional depinde de aptitudinile specialiștilor pe discipline școlare, care-și modelează propriul stil de predare. Stilul de predare în prezența instrumentelor TIC, aste agreat de cei ce învață, în cazul când această particularitate didactică răspunde la nevoile individuale ale celor ce învăță și, totodată, susțin un mediu educațional motivant procesului de învățare.
