This article represents a theoretical study focused on analysis and interpretation of epistemological points concerning the management of the educational Act made by the head teacher in Postmodernity. The material contains a range of specifications and conceptual boundaries, reflects the basic principles of educational management, which correlates with the activity and functions of the head teacher.
