Abstract:
The research from this article presents the influence of personality on solving conflicts in
students. this study allowes us to identify the personality and the startegic contacts that students use in conflict situations. Confrontation is determined of folowing factors of personality: inteligence, trends of domination, high strength of superego, radicalism of own ideas and high and frequent tension. Colaboration is influenced by confident atitude, self- doupt, low level of integration in society, and in the group of friends, expansiveness, emotional stability, low saciabity and hipersensitivity. Determinants of compromise are: inteligence, expansiveness, a high level of integration and distrust in own power.
