dc.description.abstract |
Adult well-being at work remains a current and clearly important concern in an ever-changing world. Contemporary challenges such as digitalization, the creation of artificial intelligence, changing trends in the perception and organization of work, for the moment create an illusion of minimizing human involvement in the work activity, considering, in particular, the financial benefits and the optimization of production expenses. However, the human factor remains just as important, causing a higher level of awareness among employers regarding human quality and investment in this field. Therefore, the creation of innovative ideas and projects and the diversity of the work activity by having the best employees and attracting quality labor is a priority for employers. The trends formed in this regard are highlighted by the implementation of well-being programs for employees, the well-being and happiness of employees becoming one of the modern strategies of entrepreneurship. Certainly the subjective well-being of the employee influences and is influenced by the organizational climate. Therefore, the success of well-being programs implemented in organizations determines its success through its attractiveness, the safe and reliable environment, through mindfulness sessions, and finally yet importantly by placing the person at the center of the organization's concern, the benefits being felt in the shortest time. |
