dc.description.abstract In recent years, employers are oriented to invest more and more in their employees, including the dimension of creating a state of well-being. Well-being at work is an important component of human resources, being one of the fundamental factors on which motivation, attitude towards work and general work efficiency depends. The given article reflects the results of a theoretical-experimental study regarding the verification of the effectiveness of a psychological intervention program in order to optimize well-being at work by training teachers in a positive attitude towards work, awareness of the needs achieved through work, increasing the level 51 of satisfaction by stimulating affiliation needs, developing interpersonal relationships within the work group and increasing group cohesion. en_US
