Abstract:
The article contains a constative research which presents the results of adults for well-being, life satisfaction and optimism. Also is described a formative research orientated on well-being optimization at adults. 10 adults with low level of well-being were included in 10 psychological activities focused on traits of personality optimization, self-esteem, self-confidence development, personal resource identification and valorization of positive emotion. As results of formative experiment at adults occurred some changes: the level of well-being is increasing, also the level of temporary life satisfaction and optimism are increasing.
