Abstract:
The present research means, on one hand, to point out the importance of motivation for learning, and on the other hand, the influence of status it holds in the group of peers. Motivation is the key to success in teaching and learning for teachers, parents and experts in educational science. Theoretical data tell us that motivation for learning depends directly of status the students occupy in the group or class. This study convinces us how important it is for educators and psychologists is to check the status of each student in class and to study how does it influences motivation for learning.
