Creative writing competencies as a dimension of linguistics

Abstract

Conceptual approaches to writing competence represent a variety of complex theoretical perspectives and paradigms that analyze and develop an individual's understanding and ability to write in a sophisticated and effective way. These approaches examine the interaction between author, text and reader, taking into account aspects as varied as structure, rhetoric, social and cultural context, cognitive processes, technological influences and dimensions of creativity in the act of writing. These approaches assume that writing is not just a simple manifestation of grammar and spelling, but rather a complex activity influenced by interrelated and variable factors such as communication goals, target audience, cultural and technological influences, and individual cognitive processes which are the basis of the composition of the texts. Therefore, understanding writing competence through these conceptual approaches involves deep exploration of the complex dynamics and multiple components that make up a person's ability to express ideas, information and emotions in an effective and influential way, whether for educational, professional or of artistic creation.
