dc.description.abstract The well-being of teaching staff is assessed through four objective dimensions: job activity, relational aspects, socioeconomic aspects, and infrastructural aspects. Job activity includes the volume and complexity of tasks, autonomy, and challenges encountered. Relational aspects refer to freedom of expression, interpersonal relationships, and socio-emotional support. Socioeconomic aspects encompass work schedule, salary, benefits, and professional development. Infrastructural aspects include cleanliness, safety, and facilities at the workplace. The Teacher Well-Being Scale (Ebed) uses a Likert scale to measure teachers' satisfaction and dissatisfaction with these dimensions. en_US
