dc.description.abstract The Erasmus+ TC Unleash the Creator project Cisnădioara, Romania, 2023-3-RO01 KA153-YOU-000171855, was intended for youth workers/teachers who want to improve their competencies in the field of inclusive education, through non-formal methods, to develop their skills regarding group dynamics and conflict resolution, integrating Art in inclusive education, in their classroom work with students with different special educational requirements, in working with neurodivergent and neurotypical people. The Erasmus+ project, fully funded by the European Union, brought together youth workers/facilitators/teachers from Romania, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Turkey, and Hungary, selected according to the quality of their application form and the thematic interview, in general, people with a certain academic experience and with international studies, premises of the understanding of the theorized concepts and the implemented methodology. en_US
