dc.description.abstract The reflexy require the development of mechanism of professional self-consciousness. The ability to reflect contributes to optimal communication. The reflexy help to regulate the emotional state, to improve pedagogical activity. The reflexy creates the condition for creativity in the profession. Professional self-awareness is directly connected to the pedagogical effectiveness of the teachers’ activity. The self-awareness is complex of attitudes towards your-self and your activity. Self-awareness has the role of self-control in professional activity. The development of the professional self-awareness is connected to the development of an individual style of work and compensatory professional adaptation to the professional environment. The destructive interaction with the pupils is a consequence of the insufficient professional development of the teacher and the low competence. en_US
