Abstract:
Social services play a vital role in contemporary society, helping to increase individual capacity to participate in society, ensuring respect for fundamental human rights . Social services are " an important mechanism for current social policies focused on promoting opportunities for all citizens to participate in society. Because of the social system that exists in Moldova precarious much of the population is facing serious medical social and psychosocial problems concerns a particular category of social assistance benefeciaries - homeless people - who for various reasons have lost resources become vulnerable, some not guilty and somewhat not wanting this, in the end they are "condemned " to live under the open sky.
