Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to identify the most effective modern strategies for developing intercultural competence in Romanian language and literature classes. Nowadays we feel the importance and necessity of developing intercultural communication competence at all levels of the education system, namely the teacher is the one who establishes ways to overcome communication barriers between representatives of different cultures and helps students by applying effective methods of solving communication conflicts, both in lessons and in society.
