Abstract:
The present article presents religious-moral formative valences that contribute to the intercultural education of secondary school students, in a stage marked by major changes in all dimensions of social-moral-cultural and economic life in Romania. From this perspective: the Model of intercultural competence training for students (secondary classes) was conceptualized; FCIE Reference Technology (10) was designed and capitalized on the idea of "Fulfilled Curiosity"; the Matrix of educational strategies was developed in order to train the intercultural competence of secondary school students; the Teacher Training Structure was set up in order to train intercultural competence; the Teaching Aid "Intercultural Education" and the Methodological Guide "Intercultural Education" for teachers were developed and tested. Intercultural education is the study discipline included in the Romanian National Curriculum starting from 2017, which is taught in the 6th grade, this being the alternative to open communication, understanding, tolerance, interaction, solidarity and intercultural dialogue between people - regardless of ethnicity , race, religion, social condition, etc. This process includes the theoretical-applicative milestones needed to change attitudes and behaviors focused on interculturality.
