Abstract

In any condition of life, communication is the basis of human dialogue, the basis of a society. Communication is a form of human behavior. It arises from the need to understand ourselves more or less effectively with those around us. Effective communication helps us to understand a person or a situation better. Being in difficult situations, we try to ask for help from all the people around us. Being in a multinational society, it is very important that each of us can discover and know something new that is around us. It would seem that it is very simple to communicate, but most difficulties start from communication deficiencies. Being in crisis situations, we react to many things differently, we mobilize and easily adapt to the demands dictated by society and the surroundings that surround us.
