Abstract:
Ecological verification in communication is an essential process in building a healthy and balanced communicative environment. It does not just consist of simple communication, but involves a deep analysis of the impact we have on others during our interactions. This impact is felt not only verbally, but also through non-verbal language, tone of voice and other elements of communication. An important aspect of eco checking is being aware of the emotions and states of those we interact with. Understanding the emotional impact we can have in a conversation helps us adapt our communication to be more empathetic and respectful. Another crucial aspect is the recognition of cultural diversity in communication. The principle of ecological verification is an essential element in intercultural communication, contributing to a respectful, efficient and constructive interaction in diverse cultural contexts. This principle not only promotes understanding and mutual respect between cultures, but also reduces the risk of conflicts and contributes to the development of a sustainable intercultural approach.
