Procedee semantice de formare a termenilor juridici

Abstract

In this article, we propose to research certain semantic procedures for the formation of legal terms from the perspective of reterminologizing. The scientific approach is to draw attention to the linguistic phenomenon of "migration" of terminological lexical units from other scientific fields into the legal terminological system, following semantic reinterpretation. The terminological need derives from the socio-professional contexts to know, recognize and rename the processes specific to each field of activity. The purpose of the research consists in the transversal approach of the terminology between the fields of reference, without excluding, of course, the common language. The terminological modeling, based on the phenomena of terminologicalization, determinologizing and reterminologizing, gives originality, viability and vitality to the terminological system. The present study is a source of valorization of the legal language and, at the same time, a means of developing professional legal communication. Moreover, legal terminology requires a deep knowledge by specialists in the field in order to ensure an accurate and specific interpretation in various legal situations.
