Abstract:
Moldovan society goes through a complex and difficult stage of development and modernization. Transformations in the areas of public life had also marked the process of young people’s professional adaptation. Professional adaptation of the graduates happens at the age of 20-25, an active period in a person’s life, when he or she grows professionally and at the same time, improve their own intellectual potential. The lack of experience, low wages, unattractive working conditions and other impediments which occur on this way, discourages and hinders young people from seeking a future job.
